    Common problems and solutions of aluminum profile powder spraying

    1. Low powder rate on powder

    The main causes are: the electrostatic high pressure is not correct, the powder conveying speed is too fast to produce a rebound, the particle size distribution at the end of the powder is not good, and the profile is poorly grounded.

    Solution: Adjust the optimal value of static voltage, adjust the powder pressure and atomization pressure, adjust the particle size distribution, and adjust the parameters of the electrostatic system.

    2. Spray penetration on the cavity and void is not enough

    The reasons for this are: the powder supply speed is too fast to produce the powder anti-aluminum profile wholesale bomb, the type of nozzle used is not to produce electrostatic shielding, and the profile is poorly grounded.

    4.Uneven coating thickness

    The reasons are: powder spraying speed is not uniform, powder conveying amount is too large, the distance between the spray gun and the profile is not correct, the suspension chain speed is not coordinated with the spray gun lifting speed, the electrostatic high pressure changes, the powder is wet, and the profile design structure causes electrostatic shielding.

    Solution: Adjust the powder supply pressure, make the wood-like aluminum plate speed spray, adjust the system parameters, cool the sun or dry, stir the powder.

    5. The coating has a cavity and a pinhole

    The causes are: residual grease on the surface of the profile or corroded pits, the powder gas and the atomizing gas contain oil, the chain lubricant or the heat cycle wind contains oil, the water content of the powder is too high, and the powder precipitates and agglomerates.

    Solution: Check the pretreatment, degreasing should be complete, check the oil content of the compressed air with filter paper, filter the compressed air, switch to the essential oil without silicone oil, cool or dry, stir the powder.

    6. The coating has bumps

    The causes are: dust on the surface of the profile, the powder contains ungrind metal components, the powder at the nozzle is too much, and the powder is too thick.

    Solution: Use compressed air to blow off the surface of the profile and clean and replace the powder in time.
